Green tea benefits that you didn’t know about

Yes, I know every tea enthusiast has seen the list of benefits that are on 99.9% of green tea websites. In fact, you may have seen that list on our page somewhere.   Well, I have a list with a few little known benefits, that you didn’t know about.

We all know that green tea is good for arthritis, but did you know that it can be used as an air freshener? I was shocked also. Turns out when you leave a bowl of tea leaves in a room it deodorizes it within the matter of minutes.

Tired of buying baking soda to keep the smell out of your fridge? Easy, uncovered tea leaves will do the trick. I personally think that it works better than baking soda, I love opening my fridge and smelling fresh green tea leaves.

Green tea even shows aid to skin problems. Say your ready for a fun day at the beach, but you have no sun tan lotion. Easy, put some green tea in a water bottle and squirt it on yourself like sun tan lotion. Also you can use it on blemishes or scars due to anti-bacterial properties.

How about this, you can use green tea as mouth wash, due to the fact that it contains flouride. No more buying listerine, you have the super natural healer, green tea.

Bad posture? No problem, green tea is great for bones. The large volume of minerals that green tea contains makes bones strong and dense. Who needs milk!

After work has never been the same since I learned that green tea is great for feet. I usually soak my feet once a week for about 45 minutes or so. It’s great if for fighting off any kind of foot fungi.

The fact is, nobody knows how many benefits green tea possesses, everyday it seems we find something new.

I guess the real question is, what can’t this miracle plant do?
